I'm a Fan of Morning Workouts.
My gym is offering a free demo on a boot camp class tomorrow morning, which I’m very excited about. I just hope my muscles can sustain and don’t die in the middle of the workout. I worked out early this morning, and I must say that it totally alters how I productive I am. I felt more awake throughout the day and it made me actually want to accomplish the forever long list of tasks I have to complete.
