Very, very busy weekend, but I managed to fit in my fifth workout of the week. After reviewing my weekly goals, I have realized that I need to work on one goal at a time. I will build on top of my achievements, instead of trying to accomplish them all in a short period of time. Last week instead of running for ten minutes, I jumped rope to get some extra cardio in.
