It's Going to be an Early Night.

Up the Intensity.
I feel like my workouts this week are not cutting it. I love to be pushed to my limits, just to see how far my body will go but, this week it has been the opposite. Today I did a thirty minute ab class, followed with Strictly Strength, for an hour and fifteen minutes. I know I worked my body, but the exercises where just too easy.
