Rest Day.
So I ended up not working out today, and took one of my rest days. The fitness class I was going to take, cycle-pilates, just did not seem appealing today, but I definitely want to try it next week. The class first half of the class is cycling, which I’m not too fond of, but could easily stick it out for a 30 minutes. After we would switch to pilates, something I’ve never done before....
