I Did It.
After much contemplation throughout the day, I decided to workout this evening. Goals for this Week.
- Go to 5 fitness classes. - Find new healthy recipes. - More protein, especially after my resistance training classes - Eat more veggies. - Drink at least 8 cups of water a day. - Try to go to bed at a reasonable time. -Eat less carbs at night. - Run for 10 minutes after a fitness class.

Tempting, but No Thanks.
For some strange reason, I not very hungry tonight. I had a small dinner, despite the Doritos, ice cream, and ribs screaming my name from the kitchen. This week I surprisingly didn’t really crave any sweets or unhealthy food. I’m not sure if this is just a temporary thing, or if my body has stopped wanting the food.
