Hectic Weekend.
Very, very busy weekend, but I managed to fit in my fifth workout of the week.  After reviewing my weekly goals, I have realized that I need to work on one goal at a time. It's Going to be an Early Night.
It’s 9:00 and I already want to hit the haystack. I did the Fitness Interval Training class today and was surprised how quickly the hour went by. After I did 15 minutes of jump roping again.
