The Wind Cries....Torie.
The weather is calling my name, beckoning me to go outside.  It’s perfect outside; sunny with clear skies and a calm breeze. Sadly, I have to go to work very, soon so I can’t enjoy the weather.  Later on tonight, probably while watching the Oscars, I will update on my February progress and goals for March.

I'm very Blessed.
I toughly enjoyed my day.  I woke up around 7 and went to an early morning fitness class. After, I ran a mile on the treadmill and was shocked to see my time. Wednesday’s Fitness Interval Training class always kills me. It’s basically one hour long ab workout while performing different exercises. I must have held plank at least 15 time throughout the class. I felt awful today. All I wanted was a bowl of vanilla ice cream, and to skip my evening workout. My mindset for the entire day was, I don’t care and I’m not going to exercise today. My gym is offering a free demo on a boot camp class tomorrow morning, which I’m very excited about. I just hope my muscles can sustain and don’t die in the middle of the workout.
